As a body smoother:
Rinse your skin in warm water and take a small amount of body scrub in your hand. Using your hand or an exfoliating glove, gently rub it on your skin in small circular motions. Scrub your skin gently for no longer than 30 seconds. Rinse your skin liberally with lukewarm water.
Manicure and pedicure: Massage a little onto hands and feet, paying attention to nails and cuticles, rinse off with warm water.
Green Angel Body Smoother can be used up to twice a week. It is ideal for exfoliating the skin before shaving or tanning.
