Wait at least 20 minutes after alcohol consumption then:
1. Push the two ends of the tube by pressing strongly to break the security foil.
2. Take a deep breath and exhale in the direction indicated by the arrows. 2 x 10 seconds.
3. After 2-4 minutes, compare the colour of white crystals with the printed scale.
