How to use the Oils

Clary Sage * - Lifts the spirits, calms nervous & panicky minds. Also helps with regulating periods, P.M.T, can reduce heavy perspiration, clear throat infections & aid convalescence.
Frankincense - Deepens breathing, producing feelings of tranquillity. helpful for clearing lungs & useful for asthma dry coughs & laryngitis. Rejuvenating effects on skin.
Grapefruit - An uplifting oil, reducing stress and depression. Good for dieters, Cleansing for kidneys, liver & vascular system. Overall soothing effect on body. Helpful for mothers to be.
Lavender * - Balancing effect on the mind, restoring calm & tranquillity if angry, stressed or depressed. Traditionally used for insomnia. Helpful for high blood pressure. Acts as an antiseptic on cuts, burns & wounds, benefical to respiratory problems. Good hair tonic and soothing effect on sunburn.
